The stay was pleasant overall, with a clean room and friendly staff making for an enjoyable experience. The pool area was impressive, featuring a unique shark tank. the dining prices felt inflated, and the absence of basic kitchen amenities like a fridge was a downside. A great choice for those who want a lively location with easy access to attractions.

The pool was out of this world, with a shark tank so mesmerizing it felt like I was swimming in a live nature documentary—and I half expected David Attenborough to narrate my escape from the jaws of a tiger shark! The rooms were stylish and incredibly spacious, making me feel like royalty. the nearby restaurants served food that was delicious enough to make me forget I was in a casino!

The Golden Nugget Hotel & Casino Las Vegas was an enjoyable experience for us. We had a spacious room in the Rush Tower that was very quiet at night, perfect for a relaxing stay. The early check-in was a pleasant surprise, and the staff treated us with care throughout.
There were a few small hiccups in check-in but nothing major.

The location of the Golden Nugget places you right on Fremont Street. It’s vibrant, busy, and full of energy. I enjoyed the amazing pool area, especially the shark tank – it's a unique experience lounging by the water with a view of these incredible creatures swimming just inches away. My room in the Carson Tower was spacious, clean, and offered a comfortable stay. However, I encountered several issues. The check-in process was confusing and slow. The staff didn’t seem very helpful when I was trying to resolve my situation, which added unnecessary stress to my trip. Housekeeping missed cleaning my room one day, and I had to call for towels and toiletries. Another downside was the lack of breakfast options within the hotel, as the prices were steep and choices were limited. I also found the air conditioning in my room to be quite loud, which affected my comfort.

I loved the spaciousness of the common areas, decorated with warm colors that made me feel comfortable. The accessible entrances with ramps were especially helpful for my mobility, allowing me to navigate the hotel easily.
More comfortable seating in public areas would be nice.

Diving into the dining scene at Golden Nugget was a blast! The fresh salads at Magnolia's Veranda were crisp and refreshing—perfect for cooling off in Vegas heat. Vic and Anthony’s Steakhouse served up sizzling steak that had us coming back for more. Plus, the cozy vibe at the bar was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. A definite highlight!
Now, on the flip side, the dusty details of housekeeping had us scratching our heads. Who knew we had to play phone tag just to get a tidy room? Just wish someone filled us in at check-in!

amazing pool, unique shark tank, excellent dining options
Rooms need immediate upgrades!!! !!! Outdated furnishings are off-putting!!! Security feels lacking after dark!!! One trash can only in the room is inconvenient!!! No fridge or coffee maker means basic needs are neglected!!!

More elevators would improve accessibility for seniors.

Couples getaway, Amazing stay
I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was, especially Desiree at check-in who made the whole process smooth and effortless. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to see the Fremont street lights right from my window, it was kind of a surreal experience at night.
It wasn’t cheap, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

missingWrote a review on Sept 29great locationfriendly staffdining optionsroom cleanlinesselevator noise
The stay was enjoyable, particularly because of the great location near Fremont Street and several attractions like the Neon Museum and the Mob Museum. The restaurant options within the hotel were quite good, and the staff in the dining areas were friendly and attentive. However, the room could have been cleaner, and some noise from the elevators made it difficult to fully relax at times. Overall, it served its purpose well for our trip.
